How we handle your information

Last updated: 17 October 2026.

Contact

Norfolk Party Wall is a trading name of Graham Kinnear Property Consultant Ltd, the organisation responsible for personal information collected through this website. This notice covers enquiries and drawing reviews. Contact us at Kingfisher, Ferry Marina, Horning, Norfolk NR12 8PS, telephone 01603 954247, or cheryl@grahamkinnear.com.

Information you provide

We collect the contact details, property address, project description and drawings you choose to submit. Drawings can include information about other people and their properties. Please share only what is relevant and what you are entitled to provide. We may ask for further information to understand your enquiry.

Why we use it

We use your information to respond, review your proposed works, explain next steps and prepare a quotation. Where you are considering appointing us, this supports steps you ask us to take before entering a contract. We also use information in our legitimate interests to manage enquiries, protect the service against abuse and keep an appropriate record of advice. A request for a review does not sign you up to marketing.

Contact enquiries

Our contact form is hosted on the Murus WordPress website. It records your submission and emails your enquiry to our client support team. We use your details to respond to your request.

Drawing uploads

Drawing reviews are submitted through our Norfolk Party Wall form hosted on the Murus website. The form records your submission in WordPress and emails your enquiry and drawing download links to Graham. We use the contact details you provide to respond. Please read the privacy information on the form-hosting website before uploading. Sending a drawing does not appoint us as surveyor or authorise work to begin.

Who handles the information

Information is handled by the people responsible for your enquiry and by the hosting, file-storage and email providers needed to operate the service. This website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting. The contact and drawing-review forms use the Murus WordPress website and its hosting and email services. Any separately agreed professional work may require sharing relevant information with appointed surveyors or other parties involved in that work.

International processing

Our hosting and communications providers may process information outside the UK. Contact us if you would like details of the providers, processing locations and transfer safeguards applicable to your enquiry.

How long it is kept

We retain enquiry information while reviewing and following up your request. We consider whether it is still needed for the enquiry, an appointment, a complaint or a legal obligation when deciding whether to retain or delete it. Contact us to ask for deletion. Records of an appointment are handled under the retention arrangements applicable to that service.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access or correct your personal information, request its deletion or restriction, or obtain a portable copy. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies and technical data

The website code does not add advertising or analytics cookies. Hosting and sign-in services may use essential cookies and process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and secure the website. External links, including Murus and the professional bodies, lead to websites with their own privacy notices.

Providing information

Submitting an enquiry is voluntary. We need enough contact and project information to review drawings and reply; without it we may be unable to provide a useful review. The initial review is undertaken by people, not an automated decision-making service.
